Video Contest Results

Foreign Languages Department of North-Western State Medical University named after. I.I. Mechnikov is happy to congratulate our future doctors on International Student Day!

On this day, we are pleased to announce the winners of the video contest in English “I AM A MEDICAL STUDENT NOW”.

The competition was organized by the Foreign Languages Department supported by the International Department of North-Western State Medical University named after. I.I. Mechnikov. It was aimed at increasing interest in the foreign language study and expanding international ties in medical education and healthcare.

The competition took place from October 9 to November 17, 2023, in which time 7 works were sent to the organizing committee. The jury consisting of the teachers of Foreign Languages Department and managers of the International Department was impressed by the high level of language proficiency and creativity of the students, as well as excellent quality of the video content.

The team of group 148B (Maltseva A.A., Potasheva E.R., Shilko Yu.I., A. Elghazaily) was unanimously recognized as the winner of the competition (Group tutor -Associate Professor of the Foreign Languages Department, I.V.Mazurenko)

2nd place was taken by Ranjus Batool from group 556A. (tutor - senior assistant of the Foreign Languages Department,  D.A.Potrokhova)

3rd place was taken by the team of group 131A (Moiseev Yu.V., Levasheva P.S., Yanchenko Y.A., Vlasova A.A.) (Group tutor - senior lecturer of the Foreign Languages Department,  M.Yu.Mukhina)
