On December 10 took place a traditional «Rector-student» meeting. It was attended by more than 200 students, representatives from student organizations and faculties.

Rector drew a special attention to the quality of education and students’ academic discipline adding that it is necessary to improve and develop constantly the level of training and education of future specialists.

He also pointed out the main directions and plans of University development: construction of modern scientific, educational and medical center, sport complex with swimming pool and student campus.

After the rector’s speech the meeting was continued in the form of discussion, students asked rector questions on recruitment, clinical residency, participation in scientific and practical conferences and volunteer movement. The meeting went in quite a friendly and favorable way uniting both positions of authorities and students, where student also had an opportunity to get answers on their questions.
