Research Institute of medical mycology named after P.N.Kashkin Diseases, caused by mold fungi Aspergillus became in the last decades an important clinical problem. One of the most frequent mycotic infections, characterized by severe disease course and high mortality level is invasive aspergillomycosis. Invasive aspergillomycosis is often preceded by immune deficiency that occurs on the background of  cytostatic or immunosuppressive therapy of malignant tumors of the blood system. It is known that clinical forms, disease character of invasive aspergillomycosis and  antimycotic therapy efficiency depend not only on background disease, but also on other conditions (state of patient’s immune system, congenital or acquired/ nonheritable  resistance to mycotic infections), but many aspects of this problem are still understudied.
The result of study:
Based on the  analyses of immune response by different categories of hematological patients will be cleared features of pathogenesis, character and prognoses of invasive aspergillomycosis. It will allow to develop prevention and treatment measures of this disease in the future.
