Study of morphological and biological characteristics of micromycetes which are pathogens of community-acquired and nosocomial fungal infections

Research Institute of medical mycology named after P.N.Kashkin	Fungal infections are an essential problem for health care all over the world. Invasive mycoses, which are characterized by severe disease course and high mortality level, are met more and more often lately; range of mycoses causative agents is expanding; diseases, that were thought to be rare occur more often. But data on the species of fungi mycoses causative agents are still not full in Russia. Result of the study will be species composition and antifungal sensitivity spectrum analysis, also will be studied ultrastructural and tela form features of invasive and surface mycoses causative agents by patients in Saint Petersburg.
